At the heart of my work, I believe in creating a nurturing and supportive space for families during one of life’s most precious times. As a Certified Birth Doula and Certified Breastfeeding Counselor, I am dedicated to offering gentle guidance, compassionate support, and genuine companionship, helping each family feel empowered, cared for, and deeply cherished throughout their unique journey. I’m also currently working toward my certifications in Childbirth Education and Postpartum Doula Care, so I can continue expanding the ways I support families before, during, and after birth.

My instructor was always very easy to reach and very responsive to any issues I had. I loved being able to work at my own pace and skip around a bit. Videos are hard for me as I am very self-conscious so it was nice to be able to postpone them for a bit until I could really practice and feel my best. ”
