Three Continuing Education Credits (CEUs)
You’re welcome to complete your continuing education through any organization, but we recommend using IDI’s own courses—especially since they’re self-paced and available right in the learning portal you already use. If you choose to complete a new certification through IDI, it will count for all three of your required continuing education credits, and we’ll waive the $75 recertification fee. We also offer 1-credit continuing education courses at idi.pathwright.com.
These can be completed online or in-person and must be related to:Pregnancy (pre-conception and beyond)
Labor and birth
Breastfeeding and human lactation (required for Certified Breastfeeding Counselors)
Perinatal and postpartum health and wellness
(Not sure if something qualifies? Contact us and we’re happy to review it with you.)
Alternate Option:
If you complete a new certification program through IDI that you have not previously taken, this will fulfill your CEU requirement. (Client evaluations are still required.)Three Client Evaluations
