In our comprehensive Prenatal Yoga Training with Randi Coen Gilbert we focus on building community, knowledge and empowerment along with essential yoga techniques taking the mind/body connection to a deeper level for birthing people and new parents.
Yoga offers the relaxation, strength and mindfulness they need for a more comfortable pregnancy and easier birth. This training is perfect for yoga teachers, fitness instructors, doulas, midwives, L&D nurses, childbirth educators and for those who are planning a birth in the future or currently pregnant. Gain the skills to confidently and safely teach a prenatal class, private sessions, labor support, self-care, and much more.
Each of the 10 modules of the training will include experiencing the power of asana, breath, and other yogic tools, in-depth interactive lectures, teaching challenges and practice sessions. We wrap it all up with business basics to get you started serving others and generating income. This program should take you about 8-10 weeks to complete if you are working 1 hour per day. It is go at your own pace, so you are more than welcome to work more quickly or take your time and do it more slowly, whatever your schedule is, you can fit it in as you can. It is recommended that you set aside at least 1-2 hours per week for this program.
