On October 24th, 2016, the American Academy of Pediatrics will be holding a conference during its National Conference and Exhibition in San Francisco, in which they will reveal their newest Recommendations on Safe Sleep to protect against SIDS and other Sleep-Related Infant Deaths.
On this same day, the AAP will also be publishing their new policy statement, “SIDS and Other Sleep-Related Infant Deaths: Updated 2016 Recommendations for a Safe Infant Sleeping Environment” as well as a technical report, “SIDS and Other Sleep-Related Infant Deaths: Evidence Base for 2016 Recommendations for a Safe Infant Sleeping Environment.”
