A birth doula is a certified birthing assistant who physically and emotionally supports and educates expecting mothers and families throughout their pregnancy and during labor. I guide families in creating informed decisions for their birthing vision and provide individualized comfort measures during labor. My mission as a birth coach is to bring awareness to the power and control women truly have over their mind and body by guiding you through proper breathing techniques, supporting you in helpful birthing positions, and providing comfort through touch so that your birth experience can be magical.
