Military wife, mother of 3, veteran. I love to advocate for pregnancy, birth and support in therapeudic services before and during birth. My background includes but not limited to dance, dance education, theater arts, civil engineering and service industry. I love all things baby, birth and supporting other humans. My goal as a doula is to let the birther and family know I am there for them and to guide them with educational knowledge that they deserve. During my time not providing doula service I am spending it with my family squeezing every ounce out of this gift of life we are granted. Moments are what we have and I look forward to making and sharing those with all of my clients.

My instructor was always very easy to reach and very responsive to any issues I had. I loved being able to work at my own pace and skip around a bit. Videos are hard for me as I am very self-conscious so it was nice to be able to postpone them for a bit until I could really practice and feel my best. ”
