I am Heather. I am both a birth doula and postpartum doula. I have my birth certification through Dona and postpartum certification through International Doula Institute. I am infant/child CPR certified. I am on the Minnesota State Doula Registry. I am also trained in reflexology. My educational background is psychology and I have worked in the social work/mental health field for 13 years. I offer diverse services from infant feeding, light housekeeping, meal prep, sibling, and pet care. I offer both day and overnight hours. I am married with two children of my own as well as two dogs and a cat.
