As a postpartum doula with over seven years of infant care experience, I’m passionate about supporting families during the early weeks of parenthood. I provide personalized, compassionate care to help you navigate newborn care, feeding, sleep routines, and recovery with confidence. My goal is to create a calm, supportive space where your family can thrive as you adjust to life with your little one.

My instructor was always very easy to reach and very responsive to any issues I had. I loved being able to work at my own pace and skip around a bit. Videos are hard for me as I am very self-conscious so it was nice to be able to postpone them for a bit until I could really practice and feel my best. ”
