You may be wondering, do I have what it takes to be a doula? Here at International Doula Institute, we don’t have any prerequisites to becoming a doula. We do however ask you to look over this list to help you determine for yourself if you would make a good doula before getting started.

The number one character trait of a doula is loving. A doulas theme should be, Offer Love.
