Saundra Holmes, Certified Doula

My name is Saundra Holmes. I am a certified Birth Doula through the International Doula Institute. I am a wife and proud mother of 3 beautiful children. I have been in the Nursing Fields since 2004 and I am currently pursuing a degree in Midwifery at the National College of Midwives. I love being a doula because I have a passion for helping people and I have always wanted to work with babies and laboring moms. Whether it be emotional support, information on classes, physical support, relaxation techniques, or to simply occupy space so that they know they don’t have to go through birth alone, I am excited to use my creative and kind energy to help guide women in their journey to motherhood.To share that experience with the families during such a precious and sacred time is Priceless. I provide comfort measures, education of care to my clients and their families, constant encouragement and positive affirmations to all of my clients.
